Are
you a little nervous about floating around in a hot air balloon? Well,
you're not alone, many people feel anxious or even frightened about
heights. Any fear or anxiety quickly disappears just moments after take
off. The balloon becomes part of the wind and glides effortlessly at
the speed of the wind. It is actually very calm and peacefull-- you
will absolutely love it! The panoramic view is spectacular! It is an
experience like no other.

We fly you in European gondolas
that are high sided with padded T-partitioned compartments. The basket
interiors are comfortable secure and uncrowded. Everyone is assured of
an outside position to view the beautiful coastline and countryside.

Skysurfer's balloons are regularly inspected
and maintained at an F.A.A certified repair station. Our hot air balloons are
always kept in top operating condition and are the safest and most
reliable available.
Skysurfer Balloon offers two flights daily
year round. Our daily sunrise flights are in Temecula, the Riverside
county wine country and our daily sunset flights are in Del Mar,
northern San Diego.

The entire Skysurfer hot air ballooning experience is
approximately three hours long. Flights are approximately forty minutes
to one hour duration. Due to the wind speed and direction, the amount
of time aloft in a hot air balloon can never be guaranteed. Your fun
begins immediately when you arrive at our Del Mar meeting location
where you are greeted by our friendly staff and balloon pilots and you are
briefed about what to expect on your balloon flight. We transport
everyone in our vans off road to the chosen launch site. The launch
site is chosen by our pilots in real time based on wind directions. The hot air
balloons are inflated by the pilots with the assistance of their ground
crew. The hot air balloons mass ascend an hour before scheduled sunset or, if
flying in Temecula (Riverside County), just after sunrise when it is light enough to take
off. You are served chilled champagne and beverages while aloft in the hot air balloons at both the Temecula and Del Mar
sites.
